We hope that the purchased item meets your expectations.

In case you are not completely satisfied you have 15 days from delivery date to request a return.

You will be able to request  directly from your account section or by using the  label attached in the package.

Remember that the returned item must be in the same conditions in which you received it, with all tags still attached and in the original packaging.

Returned items must not have been worn or washed.

If these conditions are not respected, the returned package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Please request DHL as your forwarder to make the return.

In case you choose another carrier, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
